Villa Rak is situated on an 1100 m² plot and comprises two bedrooms, bathroom/toilet, lounge/kitchen, and sun lounge with adjacent shaded terrace, patios and car port.  There is a spacious garden around the villa, with an additional outside shower at the rear of the property.  The views from the sun lounge to the mountains are quite magnificent.  Some books and games are provided and there are many maps and tourist leaflets. Radio/cassette/CD/DVD facilities are available. The English caretakers are a short drive away.

Overlooking Orba to spectacular mountains beyond, Villa Rak is located less than 20 minutes by road from Denia. A 2-minute drive brings you to the town, with all amenities, or to the swimming pool, with its restaurant/pizzeria, poolside bar and wonderful views over the valley.  The surrounding area, comprising citrus, olive and almond groves, is truly picturesque and offers a haven of peace and tranquillity.
