A deposit of £100 provisionally secures your booking. This deposit will normally be returned to you in full shortly after your holiday. It will also be refunded in full if you decide to cancel your holiday for any reason before the rent becomes due, after which it is no longer refundable.
The
rent is payable in full no later than 6 weeks before your holiday.
This secures your booking but is non-refundable,
in whole or in part, in the event of any circumstances beyond our control,
e.g. cancellation of your holiday. We
therefore strongly recommend that you cover such eventualities by taking out
travel insurance (click banner below).
Discounts are available
for lets of 4 weeks or more, especially in low season.
The
owner of Villa Rak is unable to accept liability for any accidents occurring on
the premises, but your travel insurance should cover you.
In
Orbeta you are expected to pay any gas charges and to pay for your initial
groceries (if requested).
You are also expected to leave the house in a reasonable state of
cleanliness and tidiness. Unpaid bills,
the cost of unreasonable damage or unreplaced breakages and the cost of excessive
cleaning may be deducted from your deposit.
Lets are from Saturday to Saturday for whole weeks only, all year round, although other arrangements may be possible.
