Villa Rak is located within the Orbeta residence on a plot of 1100 m2 and comprises two bedrooms (one double for adults and one twin for children), bathroom/toilet, lounge, kitchen and sun lounge with adjacent shaded terrace and patio. There is a car port underneath the terrace and plenty of room in the drive for additional cars. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a 4-ring gas cooker with oven/grill, an electric toaster and a microwave oven/grill. There is a steam iron. A smoke alarm is fitted.

The spacious area around the villa comprises hard surfaces and garden, with a washing machine and an additional outside shower at the rear of the property. The villa offers all essential comforts, summer or winter. The views from the sun lounge to the mountains are quite magnificent and sunsets can be spectacular. Some books and games are provided and there are many maps and tourist leaflets to help you plan your holiday. Radio/cassette/CD/DVD facilities are available.

We regret that pets are not allowed at Villa Rak and that smoking and solid fuel fires are prohibited.

It is usually possible to hire a cot for around €2/day. As guests at Villa Rak, you will be entitled to free access to El Cántaro, so you can use the swimming pools as much as you like at no cost, and there is an adjacent bar offering snack lunches and drinks.  These facilities are just a short stroll from the villa and are open from 1st May to 30th September.  The restaurant at El Cántaro is open all year round. The English caretakers are just a few minutes’ drive from Villa Rak.
